Set was shipped opened. Emailed them numerous times, no response. Finally called and Becky told me they needed to "cut the plastic" to place the artwork in. They should at least put this up on the site to warn people. Very dissappointed. How am I to know my set wasn't tampered with??? That's my biggest gripe. It would be nice if they replied to my emails also.

Great! My original SF Ultimate HC (the first one you ever made) had some issues with pages falling out, so this new box set is a welcome thing.
